FTS, LLC preparers have the right to prepare and sign tax returns and submit claims refund or payments for balances due based on the authorized information provided by the client.
As of the end of 2013 our preparers will no longer participate in representing clients before the IRS during audits of tax returns.
We must follow the rules established in Treasury Department Circular 230.

The Fair Tax Solutions LLC. family would like to say thank you for taking interest in our company. Our mission is to provide all of our clients with professional, fair, and rewarding tax solutions. We hope that you are pleased with the variety of services that we have made available for you, our client. Currently, we offer e-filing for basic w-2’s, small businesses, independent contractors with 1099's, and self-employment taxes. We also provide notary public services, basic book keeping solutions, and in office audit assist but not representing clients before the IRS.
